Cancellation message for general orders:

Cancellations must be received a minimum of 12 hours prior to functions, outside these hours a 50% fee for total catering applies.

Cancellation message for buffets:

If the customer cancels the function within 4 weeks of the function date, there shall be a cancellation fee of 20% of the quotation amount. Cancellation with one week shall result in a 50% cancellation fee.
